Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The contest is open to residents living at a Price Brothers apartment community who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Employees of Price Brothers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

  2. Entry Requirements:

    • Participants must create an original video based on the theme provided above.
    • Videos must be submitted via link above and must adhere to the platform's guidelines.
    • Each participant may submit only one entry per pet.
    • By submitting an entry, participants agree to grant Price Brothers the rights to use, modify, and distribute the video for promotional purposes.

  3. Content Guidelines:

    • Videos submission must be under three minutes in length.
    • Video must be original and must not contain any copyrighted material unless the participant owns the rights or has obtained appropriate permission.
    • Videos must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring that any individuals appearing in their videos have given consent for their likeness to be used in the contest.

  4. Prize:

    • The winner will receive a visa gift card equal to the amount of the prize won.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. Winner Selection and Notification:

    • Contest submissions must be made by May 27, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
    • The winner will be selected by random and notified via email on May 28, 2024.

  6. Publicity Release:

    • By submitting your video and/or accepting the prize, participants agree to allow Price Brothers to use their name, likeness, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
